Instrumentation Engineer/Technician

Role & Job Responsibilities:
To provide service site support for field transmitters in Singapore.
Experience in Pressure, DP, DP Flow, DP level, temperature, ITG, radar, ultrasonic and wireless solutions preferred
Verify installation, configure, calibrate and troubleshoot of field transmitters.
Conduct loop checks and coordinate with site project teams
Evaluate site issues, identify the root cause, and provide solutions to the client. Recommendations on best practices on installations and applications.
Provide telephone technical support & recommendations.
Prepare and attend to factory acceptance test
Prepare professional reports and update in system on the job progress.
Ensure all in-field activities are carried out safely complying with company Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures.
Job Requirements:
· Degree /Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Instrumentation /Electronics /Mechatronic Engineering with 3 years of related experience in the instrumentation and controls field, particularly in measuring instruments site calibration, inspection, and commissioning services
· Able to troubleshoot, provide solution and recommendation to customers.
· Ability to be a team player with strong problem solving skills to accomplish tasks.
· Strong interpersonal skills, eager to continuously learn new technologies, and positive work attitude
· Excellent Customer Focus – behave rationally and professionally on all tasks assigned
· Fluent in both written and spoken English
· Possess a Class 3 driving license would be preferred.
